Thoughts? This subreddit is for anyone/anything related to UIUC. Students aren't limited to just one senior design course, so in addition to ECE 411, you can definitely take ECE 445 and/or ECE 496/499 if you're interested. I am aiming at the focus area front end VLSI and Computer Architecture. ECE 482 with ECE 486? I have heard both of them are pretty time consuming, and on top of that I also wanna take 310, 311, 313 next semester. ECE 444 concurrently with ECE 481 as a non major? Both courses sound very interesting and applicable to what I want to pursue in the future. I'm currently planning on taking ECE 411, and 422 next semester and need a few more tech electives. ECE 422 is ok, nothing too special but not too much work either. Have only 3 credit hours left to schedule and am deciding between ece 330, 340, and 342. I've heard that there is lab time, but there is no lab section for the class when you register. I'm trying to take some of the most interesting classes in ece@UIUC, and it seems like any course which will give me a chance to work in one of the clean rooms would definitely qualify as one.
